美***Wilks公司是世界的紅外設備供應商，在紅外光譜領域有很強的技術積累。Wilks公司的InfraCal系列水中含油分析儀，包括HATR-T2，CVH和CH三個型號，都已經(jīng)被認為是測量TOG/TPH，即總油脂含量、總石油烴含量的標準儀器，被***內(nèi)外眾多石油化工行業(yè)的實驗室采用。
InfraCal CVH水中含油分析儀采用EPA方法413.2和418.1項或ASTM標準測試法D7066-04項，對應的提取溶劑分別為氟利昂，四氯乙烯，S-316，AK-225或其他紅外線透射溶劑進行萃取，這些提取溶劑的特點是都重于水，提取后溶劑沉于水底，再采用相關方法提取出來。由于在分析過程中沒有蒸發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)，因此CVH具有更高的測量精度。分析儀配備有***個內(nèi)置的凹槽，整個分析需要不到10分鐘，儀器精度可達到為2 ppm。

InfraCal CVH水中含油分析儀的原理
Infracal型TOG/TPH紅外分析儀是基于快速測定水和土壤樣品中總油脂（TOG）和總石油烴（TPH）濃度的紅外光譜方法，其工作原理符合朗伯-比爾定律。即用***束強度為I0的特征紅外光照射樣品，由于油脂對特征紅外光產(chǎn)生吸收，透射光強度會減弱為I，樣品對特征紅外光的吸光度則為A=lg I0/I。根據(jù)光吸收的朗伯-比爾定律，吸光度與樣品中油脂濃度（C）的關系為A=abC，其中a為吸光系數(shù)，b為樣品池厚度，即樣品的吸光度與油脂濃度成正比。通常廠***出廠時已經(jīng)用***組溶度已知的待測樣品建立了標定體系，用戶可以得知吸光度與油脂濃度的關系式，根據(jù)該關系式和被測樣品的吸光度，可以求出被測樣品中的油脂濃度。
