In a cross-representation agreement, AMST will sell and service Wentworth Accumax, Megamax and Micromax vertical probe cards in Korea.

Wentworth and ProbeLeader Co., Ltd. of Taiwan have signed an exclusive cross-distribution agreement. Wentworth will sell and support ProbeLeader's advanced cantilever probe cards and related products, and ProbeLeader will sell and support Wentworth Accumax, Megamax and Micromax vertical probe cards in Taiwan.

Pegasus Instrument manufactures Pegasus probers in Taiwan and provides field service and applications engineering for China and Taiwan.
